I'll never go back to gas

I've been using this EGO hedge trimmer for 3 years now. Every time I use it is a pleasure. My previous trimmer was a Stihl. It was a powerful, but loud tool. The EGO has every bit the torque and power as the Stihl, without the noise and maintenance. I love the swivel handle. It allows a comfortable hand position whether you're cutting vertically or horizontally. Now that the growing season is over it's so nice not to have to winterize a gas motor. Just spray the blades with Tri Flow to prevent corrosion and hang it up till next summer. I couldn't be happier with my EGO hedge trimmer. And this is not a compensated review. I just like EGO tools.

My first and only so not a good comparo to other hedge trimmers, but all the positive attributes of the Ego line of tools of which I have several. I like the swivelling handle and it seems to have plenty of power. Doesn't seem heavy or hard to use.

I had a corded trimmer for years and it no longer does the job adequately since the blade is only 18" long and the hedges' sizes well exceeded it's cutting limit. This 25" trimmer is a god send! The longer blade and cordless features together with the rotatable handle make trimming so much easier and the results are amazing! I am also glad that I choose this heavy duty model rather than the more consumer level one. The cutting power is absolutely awesome!
