Q: Can this bike be used on its own, without using any apps? Why does it need to be plugged in?
2 years agoA: Yes, this bike can be used without the App. It needs to be plugged in for the resistance to work.

Q: Can you wear regular runners or do you need spin runners?
3 years agoA: I've been using my regular running shoes (FILA and ASICS brands) once per week on average in the past couple of years with no issues spinning this Bike. They will do the work for you no doubt.
