The BWD Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor meets or exceeds OEM requirements for fit and function. This vital engine management component monitors intake manifold pressure, allowing the engine control module to optimize ignition timing and fuel delivery. A faulty MAP sensor can trigger the check engine light, so replacing a suspect unit with this quality part can prevent poor fuel economy and emission failures. Serving as a direct OEM replacement for a wide range of domestic and import vehicles, this BWD MAP sensor makes it easy to restore peak engine performance.
