I bought this bag about 2 months ago and the shoulder strap clip broke. Waste of money, do not buy

Team picked these up 15U boys and most of the bags are broken and have plenty of flaws. Zippers broken, Helmet clips broken, and shoulder strap clips broken as well. Really unfortunate because they look great and have some nice features. Maybe ok for little kids?

Bag not same as picture or description

The black bag in the picture is an Easton Walk off IV backpack, the item provided in store with the identical item number is an Easton Walk off NX backpack, similar but no shoe pocket and no zippered side pockets. I made the unfortunate mistake of buying one then when I examined the item there was no shoe pocket and zippered side pockets as the black version of the bag photo shows, 2 critical features for us. The bag is identical to the red version of the bag online. Online support were extremely unhelpful and so I returned in store and bought it to the attention of the manager, she was going to escalate the issue so the photo and description on the website could be updated. Still no change as of 6/23/24. extremely misleading.
