    adds real smoke flavour to all you barbeque. Add acouple of ice cubes to the chips in foil and heat until they smoke

    I use these regularly when smoking food in my charcoal smoker. I find the chips to be relatively evenly sized throughout the bag ensuring even smoke distribution throughout the burn process. The quality of smoke from the product ensures deep penetration into the what ever I smoke and the flavour given to the meat is beyond compare!! Great product. It's my got to brand of smoker chips for beef, pork, chicken or fish.

    Personally, I prefer to use wood chunks as opposed to chips, but these chips added a nice light touch of mesquite smoke. Definitely good to have on hand as a backup.
