Manufacturing company not the best to deal with

Have used these before with no issuses this time different as can't use the caps attached to work on the bike. Before they just screwed off by hand now they are reefed on so tight need pliers to remove. Struggled with the one and removed the other the stem snapped off. Tried dealing with the manufactourer to no real avail as wanted us to ship the item back to Florida ( pay duty also to ship ) even though sent them pictures. They also suggested taking back to the store but explained closet store with them in stock to us was over 200 KM away round trip. Will not use these again due to this experience.
