Questions
Q: I purchased a Dyson V9 from Canadian Tire just before Christmas. I no longer have the receipt of the box it came in. I'm not a all happy with this product. A big waste of money!! Every time I use it, the signal for cleaning the filter comes on???
15 days agoA: I had the same problem and went directly to Dyson. They had me ship the vac back but keep the filter and then they shipped a new one so I would have 2 filters. Can u believe it??? But they paid for shipping too. Hope that helps. Weird tho. Ask if they can get the filter for yours first and if they can’t then this is what they’ll do. They will definitely try to please you.
