I bought this in December and overall it feels unstable and as though the bottom rotating ball on the attachment will break. The battery life is excellent and so is the suction on Max. Overall would probably not recommend this vacuum.

can not vacuume medium pile carpet

2 weeks old V12 and now I regret my purchase as it is unable to vacuume medium / high pile carpet only low pile carpet, the fix appears to be purchasing a Dyson V15 head

Q: Dyson website includes separate chargers, so wall mount charging is not necessary. Is charger included here?

A: There is one battery with this unit & I charge it with the V12 attached. There are no separate chargers. On auto there’s lots of battery minutes. No need for more.

A: No, that is the great thing about the V12 model. You simply turn it on with the power button and it stays on until you turn it off.
