Bought my vacuum about 1 month ago. So happy how good it works. Very strong suction, easy to handle, light weight. Very please with it though it was expensive.

No longer have dog hair clinging to my socks the dyson sucks it up effortlessly and quiet too!

Performance is great!

I bought the V10 as a vacuum to use on our main level as I have an older Dyson that I am now using just downstairs so I don’t have to carry it up and down anymore( I am 75). The V10 has great suction and makes it so much easier with cleaning up the pet hair. The only thing I find a little awkward is emptying the canister and having to take the wand off each time as mine seems to have trouble locking back into place. I have to fiddle with it each time to get it to catch and hold. Also, the first time I used the hair screw tool on my stairs, the red strip along the bottom started peeling off. I glued it back on so hopefully it will hold.

Great suction

This is the 3rd Dyson I have purchased. It works far better than any other vacuum cleaner I have used. The suction on the cordless is amazing. I use it at least every other day. We have a dog and a cat and this is the best vacuum to pick up pet fur and dander.

- A: Since I bought it, I have kept the vacuum plugged in when not in use because I find that it takes quite a long time to be fully charged after using it. I honestly don't know if the battery would become less efficient.3 years agoHelpful?
Q: I have all hardwood floors, but I have a dog that sheds like crazy! I’m just trying to decide between this one or the Dyson V 15! Does anybody have any suggestions?

- A: I bought a V10 for our basement downstairs and I have a Labrador Retriever that sheds her fur twice a year. Six months in the fall and six months in the spring. This V10 sucked up her fur from furniture and our laminate flooring. Long battery life and have no issue with the V10.3 years agoHelpful?
Q: Will the suction be too strong on a shag rug?

- A: Suction may not be the issue. Length of the shag may jam the beater bar. I have a fairly low nap shag in a bedroom, but fringes on orientals can make the beater jam….the vac senses this and stops it before damaging the unit. Otherwise a terrific vacuum.3 years agoHelpful?
