Q: Are there additional batteries available so you can have a spare on the charger when the vac is using the other?
13 years agoA: You can buy a replacement battery, but you cannot use it as an additional one to charge while you are using the vacuum, because the charger is designed to charge the battery only while it is on the vacuum. This is a shame, considering the extremely short charge and the long charging time.

Q: Does this vacuum have have an attachemnt which doesnt have a brush in the vaccum head? I have hardwood floors and vaccum up alot of pet hair from a long haired dog. I find that any vaccum with a brush in the head just getts totally wound up with hair. So I am looking for one has a head with no brush.
13 years agoA: It has a crevice tool and a brush for furniture and delicate surfaces. However the brush has easy access to remove from the unit so it can easily be cleaned. Also, the brush is run by the suction, therefore there is no brush motor to be damaged.
