So not worth the money

I can't believe Dyson retails this thing for that kind of money. It doesn't cool any better than a conventional fan. For the same $$$, buy a portable a/c unit instead and get cooled for real.

Not worth the $

We thought this fan must be "special" because of the high retail tag. However, we were very disappointed with the air delivery and quality. We used it for a few days, but foudn that it didn't delivery very much air and was actually quite noisey on high speed. Perhaps it was designed for smaller, art deco spaces, but it certainly didn't live up to its hype. We returned the product for a more conventional cooling fan so that we could get cooling comfort at a more reasonable price. You don't always get what you pay for!

No, I do not recommend this product.
