Product ok Customer service awful

I bought this because it said cooling and it does not cool at all but the product wasn’t as disappointing as the customer service. I was unable to return the product and after speaking to multiple people I was only able to get a store credit which is absolutely ridiculous when all other major competitors are much more realistic with their return policy. I am not impressed at all.

I have only used the fan and air purifier but see that it should meet all of my needs for cooling and heating as well as purification of the air in my home. Nice and light to move around the house as needed.

I purchased this Dyson fan and works wonders I have a TV room in the back of the house the ac doesn't reach 2 the back of the house so I bought that fan and it really makes a big difference...nice quiet and cleans the air wit the filtration a great buy...

Q: Two questions. How fast can it heat a room... I'm guessing this depends on size? Can you program for it to turn on a various times during the day/night? How often should the filter be replaced? How much electricity does it use?

  • A: Regarding the heating of a room - depends on the size of the room and how warm you want it. I've got a 12x15 room and warming from 17-23C takes about 45 mins. It is fully programmable, you can have it come on during specific conditions. Ie temperature, air quality drops below a specific level, or on a time schedule. Time schedule can turn on the fan or heat.

Q: I just got this machine last month. Today it suddenly released a bad smell like burning plastic. I was wondering if I can bring it back Canadian Tire for an exchange. I had contacted with Dyson Support, but it was out of stock at the moment.
