I ordered two boxes. I was personally handed one box from the driver and assumed he was running back to the car to get the second box. He drove off. I immediately called the number on the delivery slip, after waiting I eventually spoke to a person and was told her supervisor would call right back. Never got any call. Gave up. Not worth the wasted time. I just won't order from CTC online again.

We tried a log in an outdoor fire pit. Started off fine, but after a while, it started smoking a lot! Even with the great airflow, it took a lot of tending to to get it burning bright.
