thought I would love it

The top has dual access but the interior is partitioned and the partition can not be removed. Not sure why this design would be preferred over 2 smaller bags. Will be returning this

Q: How long does it hold it's temperature? Does it say anywhere on the product how long it can keep something cold?

A: Hello! Thank you for your question. Please be advised that soft coolers use open-cell foam, which is a good insulating agent, to offer a light-weight construction, portable use, and flexibility. Its performance does not match that of a hard shell cooler in terms of retaining cold air or ice substitutes. The performance of a soft cooler is designated more for day use, and performance is dependent on a) how much ice or ice substitutes are used; b) the frequency of the cooler being opened, which releases trapped cool air; and c) where the cooler is used, as direct sunlight will impact its performance.
