High Quality Set - Low Quality Packaging and QA

We purchased this set on June 26th, 2026. We had so many issues putting this set together that we were thankfully able to resolve with the help of the local CT store and CS manager. The quality seems to be amazing. However, it comes in 3 large boxes. Box 1 contain Seating Frames (largest box): the supports where the cushions will eventually go, they supplied us all LEFT (6x) pieces instead of left (3x) and right (3x). We managed to work through this by being handy and drilling new holes in the supports so we can screw them into the frame. In a couple holes that DID "line up" the threading was stripped prior to us even trying to screw in a bolt, and one of the bolts even broke in half inside. We weren't using power tools to put that screw in at the time. Overall though, even with one missing bolt in the frame, and backwards supports, these benches are good solid quality and feel like they will last a long time. Box 2: We skipped until the end (see below). Box 3 contains the Firetable (second largest box): Everything was very well packaged, and we were running out of daylight after struggling most of the afternoon with the benches. This went together quite easily and were pleased with it until we pulled the table top out and discovered it was cracked and chipped around the edges. I was mildly upset but figured I would just call CT in the morning and let them know and ask them for a small reimbursement instead of returning the entire set since it was still functioning and the set was in great shape otherwise. HOWEVER, when we woke up in the morning and were able to take a better look. I noticed that it appeared a forklift had taken its fork through the edge of the table which would explain why the table top was cracked and chipped. This was was NOT something we could just overlook on our end, so we had to call the store and ask for a replacement. Box 2 is the smallest box and contains the end tables. We waited until last to put this together. Discovered the ENTIRE hardware package, one small table top stopper and instruction manual was missing. Once we received the hardware and missing other items, these went together easily. The store CSR manager on shift that day was amazing and she helped us greatly. They didn't have the set on site in the store and only in the warehouse. Since we are only weekend visitors to this town, she called the next local area store and located the set for us and advised that manager of the situation and they held a set aside. She let us bring in a list of missing and damaged parts rather than the ENTIRE set to just swap out what we needed and off we went. Was it a big pain in the butt? Yes, but the customer service from Janet at Niagara Falls, was great and then also from Carol-Anne at the St Catherine's location as well. Overall, I will give the set a 4 out of 5. The quality of the frame is very sturdy. the cushions seem like they wil not hold their spring very long when sitting. They do have some water resistance to hold up to weather. If you like to lounge and lay down on your outdoor patio set, this might not be the set for you as the table is quite high and the seating area is curved, so this could be hard on your back. The fabric material is thick, but a bit scratchy on the legs for a hot summer. And also because we do not have our set set up in the "U" like the display, we turned our table wedges around so the wide part is forward. We currently have our seating set up in one large seating with 2 couches together and tables on each end, and the 3rd seat sitting across from it with the other tables on the ends to give us more seating options and openness.

the sectional looks great but with the low back, you can't really lean back and relax or better yet fall asleep in. I bought it from online pics, if I saw it set up in the store I would have bought something else. I placed the arm rests /drink holders on the end so it has more room to lie down on or for more people to sit.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: What's the length from side to side when fully set up? Is there enough room for 6 big people to fit?

A: It's 10 feet across when assembled. No you can't get 6 large people comfortably because the sections curve. 6 small to medium people yes. I set mine up with all of the seats connected and the arm rest table sections on the outside ends. This way you can fit 6 large people.

A: The wicker is shades of brown. The peices do not attach together. They are placed alongside. I suppose if you wanted 2 curved seats together you have that option for wider seating. They do stay put very well.

Q: I see the assembled dimensions but am still wondering if this set is comfortable for adults and does not feel like kids furniture. 28"H doesn't seem tall enough and this set isn't set up in store to test.
