Crafted from durable, corrosion-resistant materials, it withstands exposure to the elements without fading or cracking, ensuring years of dependable use.

Q: I have installed the dock ladder but it won’t swing up to take out of water. I read that it locks when in water. How do I unlock it so I can swing it out of water?

A: You may have over-tightened the bolts on which the ladder pivots about the base.

Q: How do you winterize this dock ladder? Remove just the ladder part but leave the base on the dock? Leave the ladder in the upright position? Remove the ladder and the part that attaches to the dock entirely?

A: Hello, you can leave the ladder in the upright position, it is PE material so the cold will not effect it, or you can remove the two bolts holding the ladder portion to release the steps. The handles can remain on the dock.

A: Hello, it has a lock in mechanism that keeps the ladder in place. So when it is in the water it is locked in place and won't swing.
