Bike is poorly built. Brakes dont work. Chips on paint from building the bike. . Nothing is tight. Its a pain trying to get it back to the store. IF and when its convenient for the bike builder being there. Haven't ridden mote than 100 ft

Amazing ride in any weather

I have to say that this bike has been an absolute dream. My husband rides to work every day and used to struggle when the weather changed or we got some ice and snow. Since getting this bike, it has been an easy trek to and from work, even in the snow, slush, and ice. It makes it an easier commute than driving, the tires are great, it has just enough power, and it maneuvers easily.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Good for those who don’t often bike

From my experience with this bike, it’s not so bad. I go out regularly and somehow this needs regular maintenance. You’ll have to get good tires after the runner wears out and puncture. And 3-months later, the steering (head tube) becomes loosen inside where I had to readjust. The replacement brake pads must be a “squared hole” so the “spring/tongue/whatever this little aluminum piece is called?” if it’s round. It’s not easy to find a replacement parts for sooner use so I’d recommend a new set of br-m375 Caliper or to upgrade for Hydraulic brake set... The battery starts to drain fast when temperature starts to freeze and can’t stand past -3 degrees Celsius. I’m exceptionally putting this rating 4-stars instead of 3 cos I can maintain this e-bike very well and carefully.

A: The battery (which sits in the bicycle downtube) is removable through the bicycle head badge by a bicycle technician for replacement purposes only.

Items or services not covered by warranty: Rims, tires, tubes, brake adjustment, derailleur adjustment, bearing adjustment, abuse/misuse, normal wear and tear (brake pads and cables), wheel truing. Returns, exchanges or refunds of bicycles are not permitted. For further information regarding the warranty, please contact the store where the bike was purchased.
