A: Hi Sara! The Quick Flip Pro has a charge time of 6 hours, and a run time of up to 15-17 minutes. With the first time charge however, it should be allowed to charge for 24 hours. Hope this helps! -Michael, Dirt Devil Customer Care

A: Hi, when you plug in and charge the unit a charge indicator light will come on. Charge the unit until that light goes out. For best performance, fully charge the product before the first use. Thanks!
