No suction and no power barely works. It sounds like it’ll it’s not working properly but it is brand new.

Works Very Well!

I purchased this vacuum in 2014 and I'm still using it. The only thing broken on it so far is the recoiling plug. Floor attachment works great, carpet attachment is amazing and sucks the carpet pile back up. The only issue now is finding vacuum bags and a replacement air filter.

Bought one of these Jag 3 vacuums today July 14th very disappointed with the whole product made of cheap plastic almost to the point of it breaking if you looked at it too long the suction is terrible. I paid more money than I wanted to well for a brand like Dirt Devil, but for the price paid I would have thought it was a half decent vacuum cleaner, do not buy this product the Devil will get you just as I thought it would get me first time I have ever bought this brand never again it is less than poor

Q: Does the 3 in 1 tool separate? Does the 3 in 1 tool come apart to be used as 3 separate tools? Maybe mine is tightly together just for storage purposes. The booklet does not explain if it may come apart to use just the bristles or the thin crevice end separately.
