Will work in a pinch

Not the best suction. But it does pick up the light stuff. The canister doesn’t properly lock on to the handle so you’re constantly fiddling with it.

Loved it until I needed a new filter and realized you cannot get replacement parts. Such a waste. Brush attachment does not stay in place either, which causes scratch marks on wood surfaces

Why continue to sell a product that you will never be able to get a replacement filter for? The filters are sold out on this site and not available anywhere!!!! Not even a generic exists. Don't buy this unless you never intend on replacing the filter. The filter do have has been washed to death.

This is a throw away vacuum. I have been trying to get a filter replacement for over a year and it's always sold out!

Q: Has Dirt Devil done anything to improve the lifespan of its batteries? Just over 2 years ago, the DD vac similar to this one died in its first year; we got a replacement from DD but its battery died also past its first year, so we didn't claim anything.
