Good vacuum!

Great vacuum and very light! I guess my only con is the brush... flimsy and we couldn’t find where the holder is on the machine.
I would buy again!

easily worn out

I bought this last year 2019 boxing day and for almost 8 months of twice a week uses, it stop working. At first the rotating noice get worst, then something sparks and it stop. It was the motor itself and smells wiring was burned. All I know there's no warranty on motor so I open it up and found out one of the carbon brush worn out.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not working

I bought in September or October 2018 .now it isn't working since February 2020 (not sucking ).i used once in weeks for small 3 rooms .today i called store .customer service said .we cannot do any help due to corona virus .u can buy new .why should i buy new when vacuum has 2 year warranty

Worst vacuum EVER!

So I bought this vacuum a few months ago and have hated it from the beginning! It's terrible at sucking anything up and when it does it spits most of it back out. The tube that the dirt gets sucked up constantly gets clogged and you have to take it apart to remove the clog. The size would make you think you could suck up relatively large objects but nope. It's definitely heavier than the name let's on. When you go to use the extension wand for vacuuming drapes or anything above waist level the tube is so springy and tight that you thoroughly clean. It absolutely does not fit under furniture. Seriously I could go on, but I think you get the point, don't buy this thing!

Just Awful

The hose on this vacuum wraps around the bottom and comes up into the canister. Because of this the hose is bent and all sorts of hair and lint get stuck and plug the vacuum. This completely ruins the suction and starts to smell like something is burning if you spend more than two minutes vacuuming. I have to pop the hose off and unplug it every time I use it or it won't suck anything up. The spinning brush underneath for carpets seems to just fling stuff away. I have to go over something several times before it will finally pick it up. Just awful.
