Q: Does this product require the purchase of a remote control or will it work with my factory key fob? I have a 2018 Toyota Tundra.

A: We recommend the purchase of ProStart Long Range RF Kit (1-way 0340843 or the 2-Way 0340845), because the OEM remote of your vehicle does NOT remain active with the engine running, meaning that you will not be able to unlock doors when the engine is running or shut down the vehicle using the OEM fob. System needs to be professionally installed by your local Canadian Tire store
