Would not recommend.

Terrible scale. Wild fluctuations in the weight and I don't trust that it is giving me an accurate weight. The buttons are annoying. I am returning. Paderno - please do better in your quality control and product selection.

Reading kept changing.

As I added ingredients to the bowl Sitting on the scale, the numbers kept changing at a high speed. We returned it, and the second one did the same. We returned the 2nd one and got a store credit.
We bought one half the price and it works great!

Q: I'm interested in the Paderno kitchen scale. I'd like to know if it has rubber feet that could mark up my butcher block counter top. My current scale, which is a Smart Weigh marks it up every time I use it. Thanks.

A: It has four tiny feet, plasmid filled with something which looks like rubber, about 3 mm each but they never leave marks on my counter.

Q: 1) The weight resolution is not listed. Is it 1g or other? 2) 13.6kg? Since weight standards are metric & China is metric are you sure it is not really 15kg? A sloppy conversion to 30lbs & then reconverted back to metric?
