The cooking thermometer features a digital LCD screen with an auto-shut-off function. Additionally, its pause function keeps the temperature on display. Thanks to the backlit screen, you can have clear readings anywhere. Equipped with both Celsius and Fahrenheit settings means you can monitor your food the way you prefer. The food thermometer has an integrated pocket clip. Its 304 stainless steel probe penetrates food items and accurately measures the internal temperature when cooking meat, baking, or frying. It measures between -29°C to 300°C (-20°F to 572°F). Keep the thermometer safely protected in the storage sleeve for extended use.

Unable to report on quality of this product as the battery supplied with the unit was drained. I returned the unit & purchased another product as they were out of the failed thermometer

Good quality thermometer that reads the temperature really quickly which is convenient. Settings for both Fahrenheit and Celsius. I've only had about a month or two and it works really well.
