I came to this site because the only instruction on the package was to "read the tool instruction manual before operating product".
The tool description says there isn't one for this product?? Seems to be the tool I need but...

Make a real right angle impact driver

This is garbage! Make a real one of 20V or 12V as Milwaukee or Skil did. I am into Dewalt platform and I have to use the Milwaukee M12 because Dewalt doesn't make one. That's ridiculous.

Not very durable

I use this drill accessory for several months and it will not work any longer it will not rotate 360°. I took it apart and tried to examine it and it will not rotate. I guess I just need to throw it away.

Useful but not durable and potentially dangerous

I bought it last year and never got a chance to use it until recently when I needed to open a screw in my automobile. I used an impact wrench and after a few minutes the socket went flying underneath the vehicle. I thought I was doing something wrong and tried again with same results. It is useful for light duty work and not Durable as something in the gears get stuck after every few moves. This is dangerous as the socket with a impact wrench goes flying due to the circular movement when it gets stuck. Disappointed with dewalt on wasting such an amazing design with no warranty.

Useless attachment

The description says it has a ring magnet to hold bits in place. Mine has no magnet and the bits fall out if tilted below horizontal. Makes the attachment essentially useless.
