    Tough, durable, resistant

This product, oscillating carbide grout removal blade, worked fantastic for removing grout from my bathroom tile floor. I paired it with my DEWALT 20v oscillating multi-tool DCS355B and it had no attachment issues or RPM drops. This blade cut through some thick laid grout and barely damaged the carbide edge. It’s been used for other tasks as well and has plenty of life left. If you’re looking for something that’s well made and lasts many uses, don’t hesitate to get this.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

I bought three of these blades a couple of weeks ago and started using them shortly after. I am re-grouting my first floor at the house and thought three will be a good start. I quickly noticed that these blades go through grout easily and makes short work of removing the old stuff leaving a clean area for the new grout. Much better then the other blades I tried to competitors (i.e. Dremel). Unfortunately the first one I used started to come apart at the seems, literally. Also, part of the area that holds on to the tool snapped off during use. I assumed that this blade was a lemon and opened the second package. Again, the grout was removed with ease but shortly after I noticed that the second blade started to come apart as well and a piece snapped off this one too. I was very surprised knowing how good DeWalt's tools are. I'm also using the DeWalt DCS355B Oscillating tool so there is no issue with compatibility. Using DeWalt's tools I worked on many remodelling and construction projects and have never, ever experienced something like this. I tried to take the blades back to Lowe's where I bought them but they wouldn't/couldn't replace them stating that I need to contact DeWalt due to liability issues. I hope DeWalt reviews it's manufacturing process of these blades because it appears that these are not being made to the high standards that we have all come to expect.
