The fabric is resistant, there are several pockets and the bottom of the bag is hard. The best bag to put all the stuff you need to carry to work.

GOOD , BUT...

I just bought one on sale this May 2023 . This is my 3rd DeWalt pouch all 3 being this same model.
Before I used to buy the Kuny's one , but I can't find them anymore. I found out is is the same company that imports them from China.
There are a few things you must watch with these : YOU MUST glue a piece of rubber sheet at the bottom otherwise you will have holes in a few months if not weeks from dragging it on the floor.
You MUST place heavy tools upwards in the little pockets otherwise they will go right through form gravity alone.
You must be careful with the handle and the shoulder strap especially if you load it with many tools. THEY don't last long.
Otherwise it is a very decent tool pouch for the money when on sale especially.
I' ve gone through 7-8 of this kind/shape in the last 23 years and I use my hand tools and multimeters every day as an HVAC technician.
I give it 4 stars because of lack of durability . But as I said , better than most out there for the price.
