I was looking for a reciprocating saw, and found this combo kit. Much better value for the price. Typical Dewalt power tools -- rugged, dependable, and easy to use. The included 2.0 Ah batteries are small, especially for the saw, but it never hurts to have a few extra batteries just in case.

I really like the batteries ability to show charge. I bought these to replace Dewalt tools that were 25 years old, and have no regrets.

Battery packs held up well while we peppered sheet metal ductwork with screws and hung straps. Pleasantly surprised surprised. Might get me another as a back up for myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an avid Ryobi purchaser for a decade until I recently had to remove a screw with my Ryobi impact driver that was set in with a DeWalt impact driver. The Ryobi did not have enough power to remove the screw and I had to finally use a breaker bar to get a screw loose. This one instance has led me to be an avid DEWALT purchaser from here on out. I started the DEWALT journey with the purchase of this 4-Tool Combo kit and have used all the tools many many times without any issues. I am actually surprised that the flashlight is probably used the most out of this tool combo considering I thought it was just a side note tool associated with the combo kit considering I rarely used my Ryobi flashlight. The flashlight design makes this one of the primary tools as it is comfortable in the hand and provides excellent illumination. I have used this flashlight as the primary flashlight over all my other flashlights when it comes to going in the woods or work in any item outside in the dark. All the other tools associated in this 4-Tool combo have held up well and performed flawlessly either around the house, working on vehicles or assisting my dad on his farm. The only draw back of this 4-Tool Combo is the 2.0 Ah batteries included in the kit. The 2.0 Ah batteries are sufficient for most work around the home however the 5.0 Ah and 6.0 Ah DEWALT batteries are more preferred when performing extensive work like removing shrubs/branches or demolishing with the reciprocating saw or building a deck with the impact driver. Fortunately, i do have 5.0 Ah and 6.0 Ah batteries but it would have been nice to have those types of batteries included in this kit.
