No good and horrible warranty

Bought this combo approx. 5 months ago and used handful of times and now the clutch is slipping on the drill and it is garbage. Contacted Canadian tire but they won’t give me a new one even though it has a 1 year warranty. Do better Canadian tire!!!

Q: This package is advertized that the DCF787 impact driver has 3 speed ranges 0-1,000, 0-2800, 0-3250 rpm. The DCF787 that was included in my combo unit purchased today only has 1 speed range 0-2800 rpm. Why the false advertizing?
