Q: Will your 1/4 inch impact driver have enough power to remove lug nuts Thx Ed W
a year agoA: For loosening lugs nuts, it may not have the torque or power necessary to remove lug nuts from a vehicle. This is especially true if the lug nuts (or bolts) were installed with a pneumatic impact wrench, or are seized on. It may take several hundred foot pounds of force to break these loose- more than a impact driver or small impact wrench can provide.
