Q: Question about standards: i have a beautiful (expensive) ratchet set that is 3/8" that belonged to my father. is the 1/4" chuck size THE standard for ALL impact drivers of any brand, or is there another size like 3/8
23 days agoA: The chuck is 6 sided, you can get a 1/4 inch or a 3/8 adapter that just slides in and locks too give you a 1/4 or 3/8 square to allow sockets to attach to it
