Although I am satisfied with the actual product, I would suggest that more quality control go into your restocking initiatives. Although the sales associate was extremely helpful at the time of purchase, I realized when I got home that a DeWalt carrying bag for the drill was not included in the box. This was purchased near my daughter’s residence in Hamilton. Upon returning it to my closest store in South Etobicoke, I was questioned about me removing the bag on purpose and trying to returned all the other components (drill, battery & charger). I found that rather offensive. A replacement package was finally exchanged and the bag was included but not without my time, effort and patience being expelled.

A: No. 2amps is all you got but it's more than enough for powerful drill. This is the most powerful heavy duty cordless drill i saw in the store. Tried it with furniture assembly, works great.
