A: No. 2amps is all you got but it's more than enough for powerful drill. This is the most powerful heavy duty cordless drill i saw in the store. Tried it with furniture assembly, works great.

My wood shop teacher has two of these and they preform beautifully and he’s had them for 4 years and they still run as though they were brand new mind you they are used every day for hours by multiple students and still run perfectly.

Did not get to use it...

Drill looks nice feature wise. Unfortunately, the one I bought had a defective battery/charger (battery did not charge) and the replacement drill had the same issue. So I guess I' m done with De Walt wireless products.
