Great price, took forever to get it delivered

I ordered this grinder at the beginning of June, as it was a great deal for a cordless model. After 9 days I still had not received an email to say that it had shipped, so I gave CT a call. I do have to say, it was not that difficult to reach someone by phone and the fellow was well informed and helpful. I got an email a couple of days later and it arrived a couple of days after that. Fortunately, I have a corded grinder and waiting for this one did not hold up my project. The grinder works fine, just wish it had been shipped promptly.
