Doesn’t work and Dewalt doesn’t care

I bought this and used it for only a few times and it broke so I contacted Dewalt and they told me they can repair it in 1 YEAR…. So I left a bad review on Dewalts website and they didn’t like it and took it down so don’t believe them w when they have a good rating as they actually just take enough negative ones down to make it seem like there product is better than it actually is. Dewalt lies about how good there products are. Will be switching brands even though I’ve spent thousands over the years being a die hard customer. Obviously don’t care about loyal customers. The 1 year repair wait time was because the repair shops are already too full with other dewalt broken tools. Not the quality they used to be.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Dead after 8 months of use.

Not battery or connection related just won’t run. Was unreal up to this point. No warranty and repair shops are figuring it’s the control unit that’s failed and parts are not available. Very Disappointing.

I was using the blower when it stop working. I changed batteries but it is dead. It’s2 years old and used at my house during leaf season.Great unit when it’s working. No one wants to fix it

Very disappointed

Just bought this and placed the battery on charge overnight. After fully charging, the unit drained the batter in less than a minute. Put on another charged battery with same result. Apparently the motor is pulling down the batteries within 60 seconds when operating.

No, I do not recommend this product.

great blower with powerful intake

i love this thing! i am pretty anti blower, as i like the exercise that one gets from raking and sweeping. My husband is addicted to using this everyday and i have found that it is great to use if i am in a hurry and don't have time to rake or sweep. one thing i will share is that you should wear pants when using, as if i am in a dress or skirt, the intake sucks my clothing to it and it is cumbersome to keep the fabric away from the intake while using.

Yes, I recommend this product.
