Designed to finish the job in less time, the high-efficiency 4 gal. Cordless Backpack Sprayer can handle pest control spraying, weeding and feeding, and disinfecting applications with no pumping necessary. Variflo™ technology allows the operator to adjust the flow by using specific nozzles for a consistent stream and high ease of use. For comfort as you work, this sprayer"s deluxe harness fits snugly across the torso with its wide, padded shoulder straps that curve to the shape of your body. An adjustable hip harness assists with weight distribution, relieving the burden from the user"s shoulders. The shut-off system is seamlessly operable with heavy-duty work gloves and is equipped with a comfort grip handle and lock-on mechanism.     Not worth the money

    Bought this and was so excited to add it to my tools. But it broke after the first use. Spare parts are not even available, so pretty much a waste of money.

    I loved everything about this sprayer when I first purchased it. I took great care of it washing it with warm soapy water after every use to keep it in like new condition. Shortly after purchasing the sprayer it started to slowly drip and leak from the sprayer wand. Not long after that the wand would no longer shut off at all and it was either all on or all off(switching battery on or off). I have had no luck finding any replacement parts to repair the wand. I've seen many other similar complaints online and figured I could hopefully save someone some money and avoid purchasing this product. If it was more easily serviceable with parts readily available(on the shelf), I would have quietly purchased the parts and repaired the equipment myself.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    I have other dewalt products that are fine but the battery backpack sprayer has trouble. The handle leaks i only used this 4 times now I can’t spray with it the water gushes out the sprayer handle. Surely it should last longer than 4 3 gal tankfuls

    worked great for the 1st hour. Pump would not keep up pressure to spray. Really sucks having to wait 20 seconds for a few seconds of spraying while wearing 3+ gallons on your back. 2 hr job turned into 4. returning it and buying the commercial version

    This product has worked well, but finding replacement parts is next to impossible. The harness that is used to carry the pack is worn out, but contacting dewalt has been an effort in futility trying to get a replacement.

    Q: How many PSI is this rated for? Wondering if it'd be suitable to clean mini split condensers or if I'm better off buying something with more pressure.

    • A: I don’t know what a “mini split condenser” is.  So I don’t know how delicate it is.  I do own the DeWalt sprayer and I can tell you, for plants and trees, it is an excellent product.  But it is not a high pressure washer.  It won’t tear off leaves and bark on on trees - it’s a sprayer for your garden.  Although it is rated as 90psi max, I would assume that is with a number certain conditions.  (Certain nozzle, kind of liquid, etc) I would think you can get more pressure with a garden hose and a special nozzle, than with this DeWalt unit. Your best bet is probably with a pressure washer with a variable output pressure.  Then again, DeWalt has an excellent program where you can try a product for 90 days and if you don’t like it, you can return it without any penalty.  That’s amazing! Hope this help you a bit…
