Good showerhead, poor workmanship

I have had to have mine replaced (under warranty) twice now. We really like the showerhead as it is compact but has several different settings....but we have had TWO now that start leaking from the back of the showerhead assembly (where the ball joint is that allows it to be adjusted to different angles). The first one was spraying water everywhere on our bathroom wall because it leaked so bad, and the replacement lasted just a few months before it started doing the same. I buy Delta faucets because they stand behind their products....but this one seems to have been a bad batch.

Excellent Replacement Showerhead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good water disbursement, while still saving water. A rinse is very thorough and it feels as if you are using more water than you are. Performs mush better than the cheaper alternatives. Highly recommended.

Had my doubts as it is all ABS plastic. Good shower given that it uses 2.0 GPM. The kinetics setting is powerful enough and it replaces a Moen Eva 2.5 GPM shower head. Easy to install and the plumbing tape is supplied (great bonus). Just a screw on with some extra tightening and no leaks. Has a washer with a mesh filter to keep out the dirt. The Moen Eva did not and had all kinds of build up.
