Love the faucet overall. The touch technology is very convenient, especially when you do a lot of cooking. The battery life of the touch sensor is also pretty good. I change the batteries every 18 months or so. The selector button on the front has definitely gotten more difficult to press, but still able to easily select between spray and center with just my thumb. My biggest complaint - it started rusting after about 2 years. The connection between the retractable head and the downspout started puckering from rust after only about 2 years of use. Since then it has gotten worse with no idea of how to stop it or fix it. I’m looking for replacement parts, but there’s no way I can spend this much again on a faucet that starts failing after only a couple years of use.
