Good coffee for the price

Makes good coffee with lots of crema, easy to use and clean, pump is a little on the noisy side . Frothier works great. Bought it on sale so happy with quality of the coffee for the price of the machine.

Great entry level machine

Good entry level espresso machine, comes with a pressurized portafilter basket but you can find some unpressurised basket on the market. Doesnt take a lot of space on the countertop either

Works very well, easy to use. I like the cup warmer on the top. Quite loud but that’s not an issue. The milk steamer works great. I used flavoured coffee creamer and it makes a delicious drink.

Good whike it lasted. (which wasn't long)

Bought a display model. But it broke within a month. The plastic that holds the coffee broke and wouldn't attatch at the dispensing area. So it just started leaking. It's disappointing because when it worked it had amazing results.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: When ever I use this machine, the coffee literally just drips from it as opposed to running out in a stream. I have used other machines at work so I don't think it is user error. I have tried packing the grinds at different pressure and still just drips.

La machine Dedica a un design beaucoup plus compact que l’autre machine, avec une construction en acier inoxydable. De plus, la Dedica comporte notre technologie «thermoblock » qui permet un chauffage beaucoup plus rapide et sur demande comparativement à la machine ECP3420.
