Border is ok but not my fav

Looks ok but don’t expect it to last. It is thinner than I thought so harder to get it to stay in on curves. Work around was getting in on straight areas then working curves using rocks to help hold it in. It pulls out easily too. In the end it looks good but have concerns on lifetime. I was working on a slope and found it was too thin to adequately stay upright, wanted to lay down. I did get it upright after a second attempt. Economical compared to other products but won’t be my first choice when I have to redo it.

Q: How did this edging stay in place as you're laying it? No spikes comes with it. Is there a video to show how to install?

Q: Should the 'grooved' side be facing the lawn or the flower bed? or does it matter?
