Great faucet but need replacement cartridge

Looking for the exact part # or replacement part for the ceramic cartridge. Ground water supplies our home but sometimes small grit gets into the water lines and as a result can plug up cartridges like this one. There are so many types and sizes of faucet cartridges but I would need the exact one that fits this faucet. Any help would be appreciated. John

Q: How do you remove the handle to clean the cartridge?

A: You need to unscrew the sleeve located just above the water turn on handle. (you should be able to do it by hand). The cartridge is in there.

Q: The hot water has no pressure but the cold is fine. I had no issue with the hot water pressure before I installed this. Is there anyway to make it better or maybe I hooked it up wrong?

A: I installed my faucet myself and I have had no problem with it. Did you turn on the hot water tap if there is one, under your sink? Is there a block or kink in the line? Is there a connector problem? I am just guessing at these things.
