Great faucet

Good faucet, it looks nice and works well. I just bought it, so it’s too soon to say how it will perform in the long term, but so far I’m very happy with the purchase. Installation was easy. The water pressure is very strong, and you can definitely tell that it has a 2.2 GPM flow rate.

Q: How do you remove the handle to clean the cartridge?

  • A: You need to unscrew the sleeve located just above the water turn on handle. (you should be able to do it by hand).  The cartridge is in there.

Q: The hot water has no pressure but the cold is fine. I had no issue with the hot water pressure before I installed this. Is there anyway to make it better or maybe I hooked it up wrong?

  • A: I installed my faucet myself and I have had no problem with it. Did you turn on the hot water tap if there is one, under your sink? Is there a block or kink in the line? Is there a connector problem? I am just guessing at these things.
