It's really not a bad tap. The normal stream is good, the spray is a little weak. The valve between hot and cold is great. The angle is going to take a little getting used to. Super easy to install.

Disappointing install system

Whoever came up with this install system is insane...tiny plates....tiny screws....loosens once in a while...of course since u cant tighten them properly to begin with!....money wasted....time to replace

Q: I have a countertop dishwasher. It has an adaptor and hose to screw on to my current faucet. Is there an easy way to connect to this model? Can the nozzle unscrew from the pulldown hose?

Q: Need to put any putty under deck plate? I have used the supplied deck plate. There were no instructions to use any type of sealant/putty under the plate. i think water will seep under and go down the center hole. Does it need to be sealed?

Q: Cold water pressure low after installation. So low that sprayer will not stay on We then Reversed the hot and cold to see if it was our valves or the faucet. When reversed the hot then had the pressure issue. It appears to be an issue with the tap when it is on cold. Any thoughts or suggestions?

A: Having the same issue with the hot side - low pressure on the hot side after original install last year. Seem to have normal hot water pressure everywhere else in the house. I just removed this faucet from the old sink to replace the counter and sink. After replacing them, I reinstalled the faucet and the pressure was even worse than before. I was going to do the same process of elimination to find out if it is the hot water supply or the inner workings of the faucet. I will and then contact can tire for support or replacement.

Q: Low water pressure After installing this faucet, the flow of cold water is very low, why?. I followed the instructions carefully. I read something about removing a rubber. So for now, I put my old faucet back.

Q: Do you have to use the base plate or can you install this with just the single hole? IE can this be installed on a counter top with a single hole, thus not having to use the wide base plate?

A: You definitely could. The hole would have to be pretty close to the size of the faucet threading, but yes it would work for sure.

Q: What holds the head up tightly when it is retracted. Reviews have indicated that after time the head does not stay up tightly. I'd like to know if there is a catch, or pressure fit, or just counter weight.
