Had this faucet installed TODAY and t is leaking already. Was advised by plumbing company, Danze faucets have poor mechanics and is not considered a good product. It is coming out and will be replaced tomorrow with a Moen or Pfister.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Great faucet at decent price.

Price point i would say it's good considering the product and my experience with it and there are frequent sales on the Danze units. The install is super easy and the documentation is clear and detailed so there should be no issues even with someone who has not installed faucets before. I would say though the customer service is the best I have dealt with so far. When there is an issue like with mine which started leaking a little where the top hose meets the base after about 1.5 years they covered the full replacement without issue. Would definitely buy Danze faucets again.

A: Hi thanks for you contacting me, I haven't had issues with mine. Not sure if Canadian Tire sells parts for it but Amre Aupply should have them or the manufacture. Other thing that you can do is check on google the previous issues with this faucet. Sometime it's just an oring or need tighten

Q: For those of you who are having trouble removing the trim cap. It's a push on trim cap. I thought it was a screw on trim cap. Called Danze and they didn't even know it was a push on trim cap. Best way to remove it is by using a knife/chisel to open a gap.

Q: Resubmitted due to ad blocker issue. Bought a Danze Jasper six months ago and it is leaking badly where the neck spring attaches to the base above the handle.
