Very annoying handle squeak

Ever since I started using this product I have been getting a very annoying squeaking sound from the handles. More on the right hand side (I have cold water on that side)

Q: I need too replace the a cartridge in this faucet but there no part numbers in the instruction manual. What is the part number for the cartridge?

A: For the people clicking "No" to the "CanadianTireTeam" response: The cartridge is used by other brands in their faucets. Doing a web search for A507003N and then checking the item details carefully allowed me to find the replacement cartilage.
