Worst Faucet Ever Purchased

This was a terrible purchase. The part of the faucet that pulls out doesn't pull out without a fight having to pull very hard. Also, the rubber piece that covers the button to activate the spray function fell off within a few days.

Purchased in Sept 2018 on sale. New plumbing lines installed in the entire house Aug 2018. Instalation was easy. The faucet worked very well for this brand. March 2023 discovered a leak coming from bottom of the pull out hose ( when water not running ). Phoned the Danze customer service number. They are sending me a replacement hose at no charge. DID NOT Have RECIEPT.

Q: Is this faucet compatible with granite counter tops? Do you need to have the metal plate along the bottom?

A: Hello Carrie. Thank you for submitting this question. Yes , this is compatible with granite counter tops. The minimum thickness 1/16" must be and the maximum thickness is 1 7/16". The deck plate is optional, therefore it does not need to be installed.
