Dependable & Beautiful -- Love this faucet

I bought this faucet originally for my home ~ 4 years ago from Canadian Tire and glad to see that it was available for purchase for my vacation home (August 2017). I was going to go with another faucet with a straighter neck, but when I saw this one available, I realized that its design is superior (less splashing, more flexibility to get pots in without hitting the spray head). The spray head removes easily, the water hose is easy to pull, and the buttons are dependable. It is also easy to control the pressure of water. For hot water safety, it's best to install so that hot water comes by turning the lever towards the wall (my mistake on the home installation).
The original faucet that I have at home did not come with the soap dispenser -- so I don't use the soap dispenser out of habit. I know from another brand that the soap dispensers generally get clogged relatively easy -- the solution apparently is to wash the dispenser nozzle with hot water to unclog the soap.

Leaks at head - non-repairable

Has this for almost 2 years and it now leaks where the hose enters the spray head.

Leaked, Replaced, Leaked Again

Purchased this on sale. Thought it was a good deal, and it was for about a year or so. Then it started leaking. The company sent a replacement cartridge. After 3 months it started leaking again. So, after 2 basement water damage repairs and plumber service calls, this unit cost me over $1000 + lots of aggravation, and now I am just banishing it to the landfill. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this because it seems this is chronic problem with this unit. Shame, because it looks pretty nice on the outside.

Q: Does the faucet stay on spray after the water is turned off? We have had some faucets that once you push the button to get spray it will stay in spray mode and spray when you turn it back on. Others go back to stream and you have to push the spray button each time. How does this one work?

A: The faucet will divert back to regular stream after the water is turned off. It'll be in regular stream for the next turn on.
