Good, worked as advertised.

I purchased this accessory kit to accent out bathroom. First off, it looks very nice. The towel ring and paper holder were fine. They mounted effortlessly and look good as expected. The towel bar... who let this through quality control? I checked the other reviews before purchase and again afterwards to make sure I didn't miss something the first time. There is so much paint on the bar that it can't possibly fit in the end holders. I tried switching ends to see if it worked better one way over the other. I tried just forcing it, working it back and forth, wiggling it. Nothing is working. As it is slowly starting it is flaking the paint off of the outside of the bar and the inside of the end pieces. I started shaving paint off the sides of the bar with a knife to make it fit. Have taken it down to the bare metal on both ends but the problem is that the bar needs to go into the holders about 1" on both sides. I have it in the holders now but still need it to go in another 3/4" to match up to the mounting template holes. I called the manufacturer, as the instructions say to do, and they were no help. I was told to just take it back and exchange it. I mentioned that I already had the other 2 pieces mounted and would have to remove them. Was told "yeah, sorry." I'm basically trying to do whatever I can to make it work but a lot of the paint is chipping off and I'm getting extremely frustrated. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the other 2 pieces are fine.

Reasonable quality accessories for our powder room update. Probably not the best choice if you have kids or clumsy people in your home. I used the plugs and screws that came with the items to mount them but suspect I'll have to use something a little stronger when they work loose in time. They complement the dark sink, mirror and lighting fixture thus ensuring a visit to our powder room will be pleasing.
