Yes this is an inexpensive unit and yes it looks good and is functional BUT, my diverter valve now sticks and no water flows from the spout, just the spray hose. CT doesn't sell the valve and so I have to garbage the taps completely or buy a whole new one just for the valve. Don't know why you would sell a product but not the replacement parts. Not buying these again.

Q: Danze pull out faucet with cartridge bought one for cottage, it plugged within a year, had the cartridge replaced but it has happened again...is there any solution to this, or suggestions

A: You can always flush the system to clean it: - By removing each handle and cartridge as you have done before. -Then put a bucket upside down on the top of the opening for each handle and run water. Water will reflect back to the sink and clean the shank. - Repeat same thing for the spout: by removing the spout cap (unscrew it counter clockwise by hand). -Then pull out the spout (moving it left and right and up). - Use bucket again on the top of the spout opening and flush this area to.

Q: noise On my plumbshop faucet when the hot water is running there is a load squawking noise when you turn the volume up or down. It only does this when the water is fairly hot
