spray hose doesn't retract good rubber weight for hose wasn't in box had to call to order weight rubber on spray change doesn't stay on looks good price is good but not sure of quality

This is a fantastic faucet. Installs easy with step-by-step instructions! GOOD: - Expensive look for much less ($99 on sale) - Very easy to install if your are moderately handy. - Love the retractable spray head and side mount control. - Finish is very durable and looks great. BAD: - Aerator can hold water and drip after being shut off. - Neck can feel flimsily when pushing spray head back in. - Spray automatically returns to normal when you shut the tap off, you need to re-engage spray mode every time. Other than those, no fuss. Love the unit, worth every penny. Looks like a $500 faucet! Thanks! A+

A: Looking at the picture, grab the handle and pull it to the right to open the water flow at medium temp, and push it backwards for hot or pull it forward for cold (if the pipes are hooked up correctly underneath).
