Do Not Purchase

I’m extremely disappointed with this product. It was quite expensive, so I expected a decent level of quality and durability—but it fell far short. The branches broke in minimal time, making it clear that the materials and construction are poor. To make matters worse, it didn’t last long at all, which makes the price even harder to justify. I reached out to customer service hoping for some kind of resolution, but that experience was just as frustrating. No refund, no replacement, and not even store credit were offered. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. Between the low quality and the lack of support from the company, I would not recommend purchasing this product in the future.

beautiful light with bad design

This product is absolutely beautiful when lights up. But its quality is terrible - mine already falling apart after two months because of the poor design and the bad solder joints, I am now have no idea how to fix it

Beautiful while it lasted

Bought this tree in November of this year, and within a month the welds broke that hold the branches up. There is really no way to repair since the metal is coated, it is scrap now. very disappointed as it was quite expensive.

Conversion is optional and initiated solely by the Linked Member. Converted WestJet points will be permanently deducted from the Linked Member’s WestJet Rewards Account and replaced with CT Money, subject to the Triangle Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Conversion transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled or converted back once completed.
